RSR Athletes Week Five
RSR Sports Management, LLC clients in the NFL enjoyed a great week of performance. Here are some of the highlights for the RSR clients this past weekend.
Neil Rackers
Arizona Cardinals
Neil didn’t get any field goal opportunities due to the “shoot-out” game play by Warner and Schaub. He did get to add 4 extra point attempts to his resume though.
Josh Brown
St. Louis Browns
Josh finally got an opportunity to walk onto the field Sunday. The Rams don’t give Josh too many opportunities to kick filed goals, but he did get one opportunity Sunday and he mad the best of it. He nailed a field goal from 29 yards out, and even got to kick an extra point as well.
Steve Weatherford
New York Jets
Steve keeps improving every week. He added something new to the table this week on Monday Night Football. He was the center piece to a fake punt, in which he gained 26 yards and moved the chains. He also added 4 punts totaling 199 yards. He averaged 49.8 yards per punt and his long was a booming 57 yards.
Shayne Graham
Cincinnati Bengals
Shayne continues to thrive in Cincinnati, while the team lies alone in 1st place in a tough division. He had one field goal from 32 yards out and added 2 extra points to his resume, in a Dramatic 4th quarter win over the Baltimore Ravens.
Landon Cohen
Defensive Tackle
Detroit Lions
Landon had a strong game against the Steelers this past week. He recorded one solo tackle and one assisted tackle. Cohen continues to be a dominating presence on the field throughout this tough season the Lions have had so far. Landon was a disruptive force in the Steelers backfield putting pressure on Rothlisberger on at least five occassions.
