Michael Delle Donne is an NFLPA certified Contract Advisor. He also serves as the Director of Player Engagement for RSR Sports Management where he handles multiple aspects within the company that include, the identifying of prospective talent, recruiting, NFL Draft research, contract research, pre-draft logistics, off-the-field player marketing, and the development of relationships with brands. Mike also manages the RSR Summer Training Camp Care Packages sent to players at the start of training camp. He has cultivated relationships with Traeger Grills, Herschel Supply Co., Quest Nutrition, Dietz & Watson, Bombas Socks, and Boxed Water.
A graduate from Temple University, Mike received his undergraduate degree in Sport & Recreation Management with a minor in General Business. He then went on to graduate school at Seton Hall University where he obtained his MBA in Sport Management. During his time at Seton Hall, Mike's work titled, "An Essay on the NCAA, Amateurism, and the Student-Athlete: Protecting Their Greatest Asset", was published in The Journal of Business and Social Science Review. The article speaks to the industry topic of Name, Image, & Likeness, and the constantly changing economic landscape of college athletics.
While at Temple he spent 3 seasons with the Temple University Football Team as a Student Assistant. In 3 seasons, Mike watched over 20 Temple players make NFL rosters and developed an eye for identifying talent. Mike worked closely with the defensive staff, specifically the d-line. He assisted in on field drills, developed scouting reports, film breakdown, travel preparations, high school official visits and daily operational tasks throughout the facility. Mike worked under multiple coaches who have moved on to work at Power 5 schools as well as the NFL. Temple made a bowl game in each of the 3 seasons Mike worked as a student worker.
