Neil was named to the 2005 All Pro Team and was a 2005 Pro Bowl kicker for his performance during the 2006 NFL Season. Neil broke the NFL Record for most field goals in a season when he kicked 40 successful field goals. His kicking shoes were sent to the NFL Hall of Fame for display.
Neil signed a multimillion dollar contract extension with Arizona Cardinals that was negotiated by Robert S. Roche. Neil’s 
contract will provide him with $3.8 million within the first year of the deal and $4.6 million within the first two years. RSR crafted the contract so that the majority of Neil’s money is “front loaded” paid to him within the first two years of the contract as opposed to the end of the deal. In total, Neil will receive $6.5 million over the 4-year term of the contract. The contract makes Neil one of the highest paid players at his position. Neil is the model of success for an RSR athlete.
Since the inception of his NFL career, Neil has been an RSR client. RSR has guided Neil’s career from Pro Day preparation to the second kicker selected in the 2000 NFL Draft. RSR negotiated Neil’s rookie contract with the Cincinnati Bengals and represented him in a successful grievance against the Bengals when they released him due to injury. Once Neil’s injury was healed, RSR worked the phones and helped him obtain his workout with the Arizona Cardinals.
