“Rob has done an outstanding job as my agent and he is one of the main reasons I am where I am today. The player agent relationship between myself and Rob and his constant support through the draft process and during my career has been tremendous and I value it greatly.”

RSR negotiated a multimillion dollar contract for punter, Kyle Larson, with
the Cincinnati Bengals. Kyle’s deal puts him among the top paid punters
in the NFL. The deal keeps him and his family in Cincinnati, where he has
been a fixture since he entered the league.
Prior to his multimillion dollar contract, Kyle signed a one-year contract
tender from the Cincinnati Bengals for a record breaking $1.3 million.
With one swoop of his pen, Kyle became the first million-dollar punter for
the Bengals and is now the highest paid punter in the team’s history.
Since the beginning of his career, Kyle has been an RSR athlete. Kyle is
one of the many players that RSR represents from the college football
power-house, University of Nebraska. After the draft, RSR helped Kyle
select the NFL team that would give him the best opportunity to earn a
roster spot. This guidance was based upon RSR’s analysis of team rosters
and salaries of individual players. With the aid of RSR’s negotiating skills,
Kyle garnered the highest signing bonus of any Bengals undrafted player
or any undrafted specialist free agent in the NFL in 2004.
RSR placed Kyle in a position to be successful and he produced—earning the starting position. Kyle achieved a record-breaking season for a Bengal rookie punter. He was voted to the NFL First Team All Rookie team for his performance during the 2004 season. During the 2006 season, Kyle rewrote many of the Bengals’ recent punting records with his play. He also had a Pro Bowl caliber season, finishing fifth in the NFL in net punting average. Kyle and RSR Sports Management have once again raised the bar for achievement.
